I’m a parent, educator, and advocate for mindful, connected living in everyday life. With over a decade of experience supporting families—both formally and informally—and master’s degrees in Early Childhood Education and Deaf Education, I’m passionate about helping families and communities cultivate deeper awareness, connection, and confidence in everyday moments.
After my second child was born, I felt both deeply overwhelmed and profoundly aware of the power of presence and connection—realizing that being in the moment allows for a more fulfilling, intentional life, no matter what unfolds. Through practice (and pllllenty of continued trial and error), I’ve come to believe that small, intentional moments shape how we show up for ourselves, our children, and our communities.
Moment by Moment came about to put this belief in action, where I offer:
simple, actionable resources,
engaging workshops, and
meaningful community collaborations
...ultimately empowering families and communities to navigate life with compassion, curiosity, connection, creativity, and courage. I’m deeply committed to providing diverse, accessible, and inclusive resources that promotes an equitable and compassionate world where all children and families can and should thrive. Most importantly, I’m learning alongside you, navigating these experiences daily as well.
We got this - keep on keepin' on.
